Hey everyone - I completed the 5K this morning! My time was around 34 minutes, 50 seconds, which equates to a 11-minute, 12 second pace - not bad considering I’ve never run one before. I posted about it in my weight-loss blog, and I’ll post some pictures as soon as I get them from my friend Chris and my sister-in-law Michelle.

We heard that the daffodils at the Morton Arboretum were out in full force, so we braved the high winds and got pictures taken this weekend - Enjoy!

I’ve figured out how to randomly rotate the pictures in the header bar! Each time you open the page, a different image will appear, so if you have pictures you want me to include post them to Flickr and I’ll download them and add them.

 Cindy and I are going to a birthday party for a friend who’s turning 40, so I remembered this comedy sketch about cake which is hysterical:

Hey folks - all of the pictures that I have listed on the page, including the headers, are ones that our family took. I’d love to have some other pictures to use, so if you have some, either post them here or on our Flickr Group page, and I’ll get them posted.

I was able to figure out the problem with the group photos not appearing on the webpage. If you can, please go back to www.flickr.com, and put some photos in the ‘Trowbridge Family - Public’ pool, and they should show up on the website the next time you refresh. Let me know if it works!
